I dont know if this would have worked without Paypal corressondence. I managed to get my money back AFTER I invoked Paypal customer protection. After sending the parcel back the E-Mail response was quiet all of a sudden. So I lost 30€ in total due to the refund process. Because they only accept parcels WITH tracking-code i had to use the expensive one. I had to send my parcel back on own cost for 20€ Euros of postage from germany to the USA. Im an IT specialist so I could figure out that spelling misstake in URL. The link to ticket-system is broken on german shop. They always try to get you with "store-credit" instead of money back. The refund process was expensive and the conditions are complicated. I bought 2 jewelry for my wife as present and the result was absolute embarassing. Shop located in USA but ware delivered from and made in China. Looks very big and catchy in stockphotos but those are a complete lie. Bad quality and absolute super tiny jewelry. More then 100 Euros for merely 0,5gram of silvers. They truly are just as bad as the bad reviews here said. Even if I had used the store credit, I would of still been forced to pay more than I did for the original larger ring! When I told them I was not happy, as the store credit was supposed to be the equivalent of 50% Off the replacement, I got this condescending reply "Thanks for your response. I eventually managed to overcome this issue, but then found the worst issue. Then, when we contacted customer service, they offered a partial refund of 50% of the cost of the ring, but credited it to an account that didn't exist. I can only guess they got our address from my PayPal. ![]() Firstly when we ordered from them, we were not asked for a delivery address, it was just suddenly ordered. We had quite a few issues with this company. Given store credit to buy replacement ring, then they increased the price so the replacement would of cost more than the original, even with store credit! ![]()
